When placing an order on line no work is scheduled until you receive a confirmation from ACI. Typically we can adjust scheduling to meet all our clients needs, however we can not guarantee a service date until you have received a confirmation from our central office.

All On-Line bookings need to have at least 3 days notice. If you need a last minute job scheduled please call us at 703.256.3334. We will make every effort to adjust our teams to meet your needs.

Any work scheduled On-line canceled with less than 24 hours notice of scheduled date will be charged a minimum of $50.00, unless there are other units to be completed on the property on the scheduled date of service. We attempt to schedule each properties service on a single day for multiple units.
